If we fail to meet any of these metrics during your trial week, the agreement terminates and you owe $0.
- 95% On-Time Delivery: Every stop, every window, documented with electronic POD.
- 0 Damage Claims: Zero-tolerance for mishandled freight.
- 90% Volume Completion: We finish the manifest you provide, or the trial doesn't count.

- Lock Your Rate: We agree on a per-stop rate for weeks 2–4 before the trial begins.
- 7-Day Free Trial: We provide a dedicated truck and driver to run your specific manifests.
